The 4th annual Philadelphia Latino Film Festival kicks off in Philadelphia on June 19th at Solmseen Court, Dorrance Hamilton Hall at the University of the Arts at 5:30pm featuring Tengo Talento and performances by Timbalona and Agudos Clef.
